You’ve been with us for a while now learning and growing and evolving alongside us... now it’s time to kick it up a notch!  This new virtual experience is all about growing beyond the walls of your current school community and getting everyone excited for this next level of how unified you can be together when you think globally and act locally.  

We will dive into the frameworks of comprehensive culture sustainability for you to train the rest of your staff as you take nuggets of wisdom, strategies, templates, and innovative learnings back to your staff.  We will meet as a select group of 25 educators, from a variety of school communities, who are united in their passion for living as a conscious edupreneur and making the difference you were born to make in this life.

We look forward to welcoming you into this incredibly inspiring community to learn and grow beyond what you dreamed possible in this new world of education!

This circle is right for you if:

  • You have worked with Got Core Values and Sandi Herrera through the infusion of your school wide core values!

  • You have taken your Talent Dynamics assessment and understand the basic principles!

Logistics:
3-hour virtual zoom workshop each month with GCV Culture & Leadership Coaching
Accountability & actions required in between each workshop
Access to Sandi via text, email or call if needed in between workshops
Dates: 3rd Wednesday of each month ~ September 2020 through June 2021 (1pm - 4pm PT including a 15 minute break)

Commitment:

Each member of School Culture Circle 301 will be responsible for modeling strategies learned from our virtual workshops; building positive relationships with school and community members by implementing strategies and skills from workshops; living the shared vision which incorporates your schools core values; and leading the way to inspire a working culture in which members practice generous assumptions of each other, praise accomplishments and positive behaviors through peer to peer accountability and developing trust throughout the community.

She is an entrepreneur, inspiring thought leader and school-culture and leadership coach transforming the culture of education across America.

Sandi is the Founder & CEO of Educator Dynamics, a purpose driven company designed to deliver executive leadership coaching and school-culture consulting with the objective to teach educators and school communities how to create their unique core values and infuse those common values into every facet of school and life. She is also the Founder & Executive Director of Genius School US, a nonprofit inspiring the inner genius in students across the US through Genius Camps, Genius Master Classes and connecting young entrepreneurs to the Global Sustainability Goals.
