We connect deeply with others and ourselves when we share gratitude for what we have. Gratitude is a simple hack for connection, groundedness and joy. How to add gratitude into your day?

  1. Start each meeting with “what are you most grateful for right now?”

  2. Request that each teacher add gratitude to the start of class.

  3. Take stock of what you’re grateful for. Often.

Watch for changes in connection with those around you when you create a regular practice of sharing gratitude.
